Data Visualization & UX/UI Design
The team TAD-Technology, Analytics & Design at FedEx Service within Customer Experience department was responsible for analyzing lot of global data related to customer services and internal workforce management, and visualizing them through PowerBI reports which are shared across the organization. Considering that the team had 7-8 different analysts, the most challenging part was to create reports with standard and consistent look and experience. The team did not have any process in place to standardize such practices and guide to follow.
